Title: Ozark Meat Pie Dinner

2cDiced steak or pork (or cold
  Cooked meat)
1 Small can tender peas
1cDiced carrots
1cHot water
1mdOnion
1cDiced potatoes (cooked, if
  You are using cooked meat)

(Can be made from left over meats or fresh meats)

If meat is uncooked, brown in 2 T. margarine. Add all other ingredients, let come to a boil, then thiicken with 1 T. flour mixed to a paste with cold water. Add salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you like. Set all aside until partially cool, then pour into a pastry-lined baking dish and bake until brown. (See: PIE CRUST FOR MEAT PIES)
